AI Governance Architect (Senior/Lead)
  • Must-Haves: Experience designing AI governance frameworks (ISO/IEC 42001, EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF), deep understanding of AI risks, ability to translate regulations into controls, cross-functional collaboration.
  • Nice-to-Haves: LLM safety techniques, background in ethics/law, trust layer architecture experience.
Strategic Partnerships & Venture Architect
  • Must-Haves: Proven alliance building, market expansion skills, business acumen, emotional intelligence, stakeholder empathy.
  • Nice-to-Haves: Government relations, MBA, venture building experience.
Fullstack Developer – Secure AI Platforms
  • Must-Haves: ASP.NET Core, C#, Azure, Docker/Kubernetes, identity management, OAuth2, Zero Trust, Clean Code, DDD, CI/CD.
  • Nice-to-Haves: Confidential computing, AI-assisted development tools, international rollouts.
Product Owner – Digital Sovereignty & Compliance
  • Must-Haves: Experience in regulated environments (GDPR, ISO 27001, FINMA), roadmap translation, stakeholder management, agile methodologies.
  • Nice-to-Haves: Digital evidence platforms, legal tech, scaled agile frameworks.
UX Designer – Trust & Transparency
  • Must-Haves: User-centred design for sensitive data, Figma, design tokens, accessibility (WCAG 2.1+), trust-building interfaces.
  • Nice-to-Haves: Explainability UI, psychology/sociology background, DesignOps.
Cybersecurity Analyst – Cloud & AI
  • Must-Haves: Cloud security (Azure, AWS), SIEM, threat modelling, incident response, forensics, red/blue teaming, AI-specific threats.
  • Nice-to-Haves: CISSP, OSCP, CISM, PETs, security-as-code.
